These are better than the last set of isos.

- ps_mem.py now works.
- firemenu Edit button now works.
- Some odd file associations were corrected. Some might still be weird.
- Tor Browser menu bar is now enabled.
- check-link-state patch added to /etc/init.d/networking to remove the 
  boot delay waiting for non-existent ethernet connection.
- Correct desktop background now shows up. (single-color: #1A6542) 


Major changes since Refracta 10:

- Wicd is no longer available. Connman replaces it. You can change that
  for network-manager-gnome if you like. No guarantees that you'll like
  it any better.

- Memory usage is getting crazy. See r11_memory_32vs64.txt. Go to the
  Applications menu, Settings, Session and Startup, Application
  Autostart to disable some services if you need to free up some RAM.
